Pretty good benefits, and a lot of talk about inclusion, transparency, etc. Great for the resume.
After talking the talk, they're too quick to switch back to just being another American corporation.
Years and years of team health surveys came back as needing to work on messaging. Focus more on ownership and autonomy. That's the follow-through. Messaging is an easy way for people to complain that they don't understand the arbitrary system around them. Make it less arbitrary by empowering them.
