Pros

No formal work culture. Work from home. Current EA share value is good. RSUs were given at the time of joining, but now it has been discontinued. Brand name (People assume it's game development work in India, which in fact is just a mobile and load testing center). Location: Right next to a shopping mall, which will save parking costs in the mall. Compensation is a little better than service companies, but the take-home pay is not what you see from the CTC.

Cons

Work, only testing. Mobile and load testing servers done in Hyderabad. All false promotion about some development work by people for false recognition.

People: Worst managers and HRs. They take things very personally and with an attitude to pull someone professionally down. Every one wants to leave but fails to get a job outside.

Career: Growth and promotions only for the managers' pets and people who were hired by managers from previous organizations. HRs fully support the wrong hiring and politics of managers. Hard to move out of here. One loses technical skills and finds it difficult to find a job outside. Mother of layoffs, completely use, humiliate, and throw policy.

Work-life balance: Good for managers' pets and people good at politics.

Overall, a really bad place to work.

Advice to Management

Check the management at Hyderabad. Both managers and HRs are working in all possible ways to bring the organization down and defame it.
