An awesome company!
The company cares about you and your family very much. You have a lot of benefits which are not included in your salary, but they are a big plus to it. Work-life balance is correct, at least in my department and project. I'm very happy to work in this company, as they treat you as a person, not as a number.
Well, maybe the salary is not so high and competitive as in other companies, but the benefits and work/life balance are a huge thing to take into consideration.
