- Good benefits
- There are a lot of talented people here that you can learn from.
- This will vary between studios and teams, but my team has a great work environment and great people with different backgrounds.
- Opportunities to grow if you are willing to put in the work.
- Too many "managers" and politics sometimes.
- Localized salary that many will say is unfair depending on where you live. This is making us lose some of the most talented people in the industry.
- Slow career progression.
- They won't fire people who constantly underperform; it is usually a long process of putting the people to do work they don't like until they quit.
Review local salaries, especially in these times when the cost of living is up fifty percent.
Stop losing talented employees; we are really taking a hit by this.
