• Too many "managers" and politics sometimes.
• Localized salary that many will say is unfair depending on where you live. This is making us lose some of the most talented people in the industry.
• Slow career progression.
• They won't fire people who constantly underperform; it is usually a long process of putting the people to do work they don't like until they quit.

Review local salaries, especially in these times when the cost of living is up fifty percent.
