A good company, but a big company
EA is very good to its employees, with excellent benefits, reasonable pay, and a good range of studios to work for. There is a good fit for almost everyone.
EA is a big company, and your position means very little in the grand scheme of things. Reorganizations are not uncommon, and neither are layoffs. Given a bad cycle or a failed game, there's a chance you'll be impacted.
