Great perks, good work-life balance once you establish a certain status, and top-tier coworkers.
Working on games which are uninspiring at best. The company is betting on huge franchises with mass appeal and diluted identity.
Try and find a way to also make smaller games that don't need to make millions, or you'll just burn all your staff out.
