Bad work environment
Lots of swag, free bananas.
Serious overtime. People would rather chat all day and then come in on the weekends. Low pay.
Super unprofessional management. Buggy, disorganized, unstandardized code that everyone knows is bad but no one wants to fix. To top it all off, everyone there has an ego problem which is unbacked by their credentials.
Have technical management who knows what their staff is doing.
