Free food and drinks. Decent happy hours, and a family-like environment. Pay was acceptable for industry standards. Was able to work remotely.
Set unrealistic goals with customers. As with any software development, the timetable needs to adjust when receiving new goals from customers. For some reason, management did not know how to translate that to customers.
