Not too busy. Can guarantee WLB. Can WFH one day a week. Salary is OK in China, considering the overall bad environment.
Manager is good at PUA. Not much chance for promotion. Manager will repeatedly ask you to compare yourself to others and find out somewhere you are not satisfied, or something you are not doing well. One-on-one meetings are full of blame and things like that; it's very painful. Then he will tell you that you may not get a promotion for a long time according to your bad performance. Also, he might cut your bonus.
Fire that manager if not planning to be another AWS.
