Well, I found working for Electronic Arts to be very political. If you rubbed someone the wrong way, you would basically eat lunch alone and not be invited out with everyone else to get a soda downstairs or something of the sort. I found the memos received from upper management were not very detailed, so we were kind of in the dark about things. In addition, the way our director handled people was very passive. He would never come out and say something to your face, but he would let other people do his dirty work for him. It kind of sucked.
