I recently had an interview loop. The HR interview went well, and the CoderPad session also went well. They mentioned they would schedule two technical interviews: one LeetCode-style and one ML system design. They also stated they would inform me after the LeetCode-style interview if anything was amiss, in which case they would cancel the ML system design interview.

However, they only scheduled the LeetCode interview. I solved the question optimally and provided two possible solutions. The interviewer even confirmed I had solved it. Subsequently, they ghosted me without scheduling the ML system design interview.

I waited, wondering if they would follow up. After a week without a response, I followed up with the original recruiter. I still have not received a reply.

Whether due to oversight or some other reason, this lack of communication is unprofessional and reflects poorly on their process. It has been weeks since the interview, and not only have they not replied, but they also have not scheduled the second interview. This poor communication and follow-through regarding the interview process has left me with a negative impression.
