Process
The initial phone screening was very simple, nothing technical at all. It involved basic background checks and behavioral questions.
I had a feeling the interviewer didn't take it too seriously either, but overall, it was a pleasant conversation.
It was a little bit disappointing that they are still using VB, although the interviewer said they are moving on to C#.
I declined the second round invitation because I had an offer from some place else.
