Pros: - Small company, so many responsibilities and exposure.
- If you are lucky, you will get to work on new technologies.
Cons: Outdated backend (cache an unknown database tech) and majority of the systems (VB6).

Pros: Great salary, interesting software, passionate people.
Cons: A lot of traffic driving to work. They continue to expand their campus and refuse to offer any hybrid options, so it’s only going to get worse.

Madison is a neat city.
Very stable company.
Cons: Management does not listen to employees.
* No WFH options.
* Little vacation (10 days starting out, 15 with tenure).
* Poor work-life balance.
Unable to keep employees around more than a few years; only new talent that comes in is new grads.
