Meh. The phone screening was very typical. He asked me to talk him through my resume and asked a few other basic questions.

Then came the online test. It took me a week to finally figure out how to log into the system/get in contact with someone who could help me. There were a few sections (4? 3?), but the only one of note was the coding section: 4 problems, 2 hours.
