Industrial Engineer Interview Experience - United States

Process

Applied through LinkedIn and received an invitation for an assessment within the week. Have not heard back within two weeks, and the application status is still "being reviewed."

Deceptive posting on LinkedIn, as they list cities all over the world when, in reality, you can only work in Wisconsin. During the information session, they say they do not do this, but it is obviously a lie.

If you are not moving forward with a candidate, you should inform them as soon as possible. That is the most respectful thing to do.

If you are receiving too many applications, maybe do not post faulty LinkedIn ads for people to apply. The assessment is outdated and not relevant to certain roles within the category.

Overall, a poor experience, which likely reflects the reason for the high turnover rate within the first two years.
