Management may be technically competent but doesn't know how to work with people.
No trust in employees.
Lots of micromanagement with time logging and daily check-ins.
Constantly over-worked.
Project execution is terrible at the company level, and delays for major initiatives stretch for years.
Blame seems to always fall on developers as they "own" everything.
Growth, if any, is based on perception and not performance.
Focus on employees and the product.
Take more ownership of designs.
Get involved in problem-solving rather than putting all the work on lead developers.
