Process

The interview process was straightforward. It started with a basic phone interview to mostly pitch the position, as well as ask a small technical question.

Next was the skill assessment, which was logic and programming based.

The last step was the in-person interview. This was an all-day event with a presentation and multiple talks and interviews throughout the day.

I interviewed for two positions, so the time I spent was doubled, but it seemed like most people had two positions to interview for. The first was the main position I applied for, and the second was a small one they recommended.

There was also a small online logic test on site. It takes about 40 minutes and is a combination of a small and quick section and a longer and harder problem-solving section. This is mostly just to test reasoning ability and is easy if you don't overthink anything.

The day ends with a standard HR interview to talk about why you want the job, what you are looking for in the position, etc.

Finally, I got a call one week after the last interview with the offer decision.
