They send an online assessment initially and set you up for a phone screening regardless of how you do on the OA. The phone screening is a simple chat with a developer. Then, if you pass, you get invited for the final interview, which is a series of interviews. From what I remember, it was: Introduction to the company, introduction to the role, case study interview, technical interview, then a behavioral interview with your HR rep.

The case study is super simple. The behavioral is more casual than formal. The technical had one question, an average LeetCode medium.
