Had a great phone interview with a developer, discussing projects and skills. I was really excited about the job, but then I got the longest assessment I have ever seen.
It took almost 4 hours to complete, with SAT-like questions, to receive no feedback and then a rejection 2 months later. What a waste of time.
Questions
Expect math questions, word problems, learning their language, and then two LeetCode-like problems.
