They came to my college, and I applied after they talked to us there. The interview was with a real software developer, and we talked about my experience programming and doing CS at college. After that, I scheduled an online programming assessment, which was pretty challenging, but I can't say more than that. They hire like ~200 interns, so they really assess you on how fast and accurate you are at this programming challenge.
