Process

We started with a skills assessment, a personality assessment, and a phone interview. This was followed by an on-site interview, where they paid for my flight, hotel, and food. It was a great experience. The skills assessment was a little stressful but not too bad. Everyone on campus was super friendly and transparent, and I came back very excited about the opportunity. I was offered a position about two weeks after my on-site interview.
