Process
Filled out the online application. One week later, asked to complete the personality test/basic math test. One week later, asked to do the phone interview, which was very easy. Mainly listened to the guy talk about the job. One week later, asked to fly to Madison for the on-site interview. Tests were fairly difficult for me, but I thought the interview went well. I was never asked to do the tests at a proxy site before the on-site, however.
