After reaching out to a recruiter at a college job fair, passing a skills assessment and personality test, I was invited to a 3.5 hour Zoom interview.
It consisted of a 1-hour company overview and software demo, followed by a different meeting about the QM position. These two parts were more relaxed and informational.
In the meeting going over the job duties, I was asked what process of the job seemed interesting.
After this, I had a different meeting/case study with just one senior QM. We had a chance to first talk briefly about what she liked about the job and Epic. Then I did the case study. I stressed about it a lot at first, but it wasn't bad.
After that was a different interview with HR. I was asked, "Why Epic?"
Overall, I thought the interview went well. There seemed to be a lot of steps, but everyone was nice along the way.
Why Epic? What parts of being a QM interest you?
