Process
I applied online. I received an email from a person in the Human Resources Department one week after, asking me to take a personality test online. I received another email to schedule a phone interview three days later. The interviewers asked me general questions:
- About education and GPA
- Test scores, such as SAT, TOEFL, or GRE
- What was an interesting experience related to software development?
- How many hours do you code per week?
- How many hours can you travel?
- Other interesting projects you want to mention?
The interview was not hard to answer, and the interviewer introduced the EPIC system at the end of the interview.
