Stage 1: Resume submission online.
In about two weeks, I was contacted through email that they were interested in having a phone interview with me.
Stage 2: Phone Interview.
This consisted of going over my resume to confirm my identity and education background. I was asked to talk about an experience in developing software, and I had several opportunities to ask questions about the work culture, location, software used for development, etc.
Stage 3: An online assessment test.
This was scheduled alongside the phone interview (date flexible). The test service was provided by ProtorU. The test consisted of four sections:
Stage 4: On-site interview.
I did not make it to this stage.
Phone interview asked a technical question along something like this: given a patient and his profile storing a set of his on-going symptoms, describe how you would go through the patient database to find other patients who probably share the same sickness/diagnosis.
