As described elsewhere, Epic has a multiple-step process for interviewing. It was immediately obvious to me that they go through a lot of candidates and have a lot of turnover. They look to hire young people out of college and have a very different business environment.
The phone interview was basically a formality. Likewise, you have to take a generic online personality test.
The skills test was rather straightforward, even to someone with limited programming experience (as long as you can think and reason logically).
