The first step in the interview process was a personality test, followed by a phone interview and a proctored skills assessment. The personality test was simple enough to complete, although it was rather long.

I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I was invited to apply through a recruiter that came to my school, and the interview process involved sitting for an info session and a technical assessment with about 2-3 coding ques

Several phone screens and a long, four-hour test that had a few different sections. It was also monitored. I didn't make it past this stage. The phone screens were mainly just conversational.
