Got an email about a week later saying I would be granted an interview.

First interview is over the phone. They mostly ask behavioral questions and about past experience.

Next is an online test, takes about 3 hours, and is where they weed most people out.

If you do well, they fly you out to Madison and show you around campus. You also have two low-stress interviews there:

• One about a past project with a developer.
• Another with HR.
