Applied online and was contacted the next business day to schedule a phone interview, personality quiz, and skills assessment.

The phone interview had a current developer contact me and ask me about a project I've worked on; no technical questions were asked.

The skills assessment was online and proctored through Examity and had three sections:

• A section where you learn a made-up language and answer questions on it.
• A 2-minute speed test.
• Four programming questions.

None of the sections were terribly difficult, but the learning aptitude section was sometimes vague.

I was not brought to the next stage of the interview process.
