I initially applied online at a college career fair. I got an e-mail about a week later about setting up a phone interview. During this interview, I spoke with a software developer about why I was interested in the company, as well as a small semi-technical piece to gauge my problem-solving abilities.
This was followed by an online assessment that involved both a logic SAT-like portion and a technical portion consisting of 4 questions. You can code in any language you're comfortable with. It took me about 3 hours to finish!
About a month later, I got an invite to interview with them on-site. They fly you over, and you get to tour the company buildings (which look really cool!), meet some other applicants/employees, get a company overview, and do a problem-solving interview. You're also expected to be prepared to talk about a project you worked on.
Still waiting to hear back!
