I was invited to apply, so I applied online and completed a skills/coding assessment.

Then I went on to do a phone interview and finally an on-site interview.

The on-site was a full day of interviews, mixed with meeting various people and learning about the company. There was a case study as well as a prepared discussion about a project I had worked on.

I had another offer deadline, and Epic did a great job of working with me to get a quick turnaround. Everything was well-organized; they did a great job of handling travel plans, and I have no complaints about the interview process. It just wasn't the right fit for me.
