The interview was a 3-step process:
Phone interview with Software Developer: He described the work at Epic, the Epic culture, and asked me some behavioral questions. He also asked questions about my resume.
Programming test: After the first round was successful, they asked me to take a programming test at my local city. They sent the questionnaire, and I just needed to go to the suggested place and take the test. It was totally programming. I guess there were 5 questions (not that difficult). One must time himself and try to get the correct solution for them in approximately 1.5 hours.
On-site interview: If successful, there was an on-site interview, and Epic sponsors all travel and itinerary. That's the best part. It consisted of a 1:1 with a manager where I described a project of my choice, then meeting some experienced people to get to know more about Epic. Lastly, there was an IQ test and logic test questionnaire.
Explain a project of your choice.
