Overly complicated. Starts with an easy phone screening, talking about why you want to work there and about your resume/portfolio, etc. You then have to do a proctored exam that requires you to code in a plain text box with LeetCode-style questions. Not particularly difficult, but they are full of nonsensical questions that have nothing to do with the job itself. Finally, there's a personality questionnaire. The company may ghost you out of nowhere.
