They take a phone interview with a software developer for around an hour to get your detailed background (projects, languages, experience). After that, they conducted a skill test consisting of 4 sections.

I appeared for the test using the ProctorU website. I haven't received any feedback yet.

If I qualify, they might call me for an onsite interview. I hope I get the chance. Please pray for me.

Questions

They ask for details about your technical background, but if you have really done it, then it shouldn't be much of a deal. The process is good.

Cons: 1. Heavily encourages overworking its employees. 2. Company culture generally sucks. It has a strong cult vibe and seems to think that because it does good things, its employees should work extra hours or do whatever it takes to satisfy customers.
