The interview was smooth. The phone interview screen appears to evaluate how much you know about the company work environment (which is apparently very cult-like; an inside joke is "don't drink the Kool-Aid") and pay expectations. They want to make sure you are going to be hardworking, willing to travel often, and not be frightened of their unheard-of MUMPS/Cache database. The skills assessment involves about 5 short programming quizzes, which takes 1-2 hours.
