Cons: - My dad was diagnosed with cancer while I worked here, and my request for remote work was rejected.
- You work 50-55 hours per week.
- Because turnover is so high, the codebase is mostly work done by new hires, which makes for a spaghetti-like or duct-tape-fix type of company. The codebase is an absolute migraine.
- Management is completely out of touch.
- The actual product is so “customizable” that it is overly complicated. Good design and simplicity go hand in hand.
