Process

There are, I believe, three main phases to the interview process:

  • The online assessment
  • The phone interview
  • The onsite

The online assessment is a mix of relatively simple math questions, some logic questions, questions regarding the syntax of a made-up programming language, and, of course, coding questions.

It should be noted that the coding questions cannot be compiled and tested using test cases, so make sure that you have everything right before sending them in. I'd say the difficulty of the questions leans more towards harder LeetCode Easy for the first two, and the last two are either Mediums or maybe Hards.

The phone screen is pretty standard fare as well. The interviewer will ask basic questions about yourself, what you expect out of the role, what technologies you've used, and a more detailed job description. My interviewer seemed a little bit tired and out of it, but note that your mileage may vary.

I didn't get to the last round, unfortunately, so I can't speak to that.

These folks get back to you real quick, so that's nice.
