Applied online. Within two weeks, I got a reply from HR asking for a phone interview and assessment test. The latter must be completed within two weeks of the phone interview.

The phone interview was mostly behavioral questions. The assessment test was hard and long, with only one break. I suggest taking the break after the first three tests because the last one is the most time-consuming.

After one week, I got an invitation for an on-site interview. They helped me arrange my hotel and flights. I got a chance to look around the campus and ask and answer some questions. They may change an HR representative for you, but the people there are all very nice.
