3 parts: Phone interview, online technical assessment (~hrs long), and in-person at main office.
The phone interview was with someone in the same position. They asked about my education/background and something I've worked on.
The online test required a webcam and I was watched by a proctor. It included quick math, learning a made-up language, and then 4 programming questions.

Good company, great campus, less than stellar training

Pros: - The company is great, providing an excellent service to lots of companies.
- Really good salaries.
- Open to hiring people starting their careers.
Cons: - Training is good for very basic information, but not a lot is directly applicable to your work.
- Software used solely by devs is very neglected.
- Training specifically for devs is very unstructured and requires a lot of legwork from new employees. Very major stuff necessary to working here won't be told to you unless specifically asked.

Pros: The company is really awesome. So are most of the employees working at Epic.
I loved the certification process that was used to ramp you up on an application.
And the CEO, Judy, seems very well-intentioned and has a sense of humor very familiar to Math and CS people. In my opinion, she is the perfect example of "lead by example".
The city of Madison and the Epic campus are amazing places too. You'll feel in love with them.
Cons: I felt that the certification process and the self-study were not sufficient for a good ramping into an efficient employee.
More guidance at the beginning could go a long way.
