Process
After submitting the resume, I was asked to provide probable dates for a telephonic interview. The confirmation email had instructions to take a technical test via ProctorU.
The telephonic interview was straightforward. I was asked questions about my previous experience and a database design question.
The technical assessment had 5 sections. The programming part requires the most time, so set aside 3-4 hours for the entire test. The rest of the sections were critical thinking, speed test, math/analytical, etc. These tests require minimal or no practice.
