The online assessment test wasn't too bad, just kinda long. The programming part was the hardest part.
The phone interview wasn't bad at all. It just asked general questions like, "How did I hear about Epic?", etc. It asked about my previous projects and my interests in software development.
The on-site interview was really enjoyable. Most of the developers I talked to seemed to love their job and love Epic, and seemed like people I'd want to work with.
Waiting to hear back from them -- I imagine I'll get an offer.
