Submitted my resume on my university's career center website. After about two weeks, I got an email asking me for more information and to schedule an online test at a nearby test center. The test questions were not so hard. It had 4 programming problems, and you could choose your programming language or even write pseudocode. Two weeks after the test, I got rejected.
