Applied online and got a response within that same week asking for a phone interview. The basic phone interview asked what my goals were and about my resume. They also asked me to describe one of my recent projects and why I decided to apply for the company.
Phone interview lasted about 25 minutes, then I was asked to do an online assessment.
They use ProctorU, and IT SUCKS! It took 30 minutes to set up the exam. Someone was constantly supervising every single move you make, and you can only have breaks in between sections. Your phone has to be visible all the time.
I thought the assessment wasn't so bad. The first section was 10 math questions, but you only had 2 minutes to answer.
The second section was to get familiarized with a programming language, which was really easy to pick up on.
The third section was 4 programming questions where you HAVE to know your coding by heart. Either Java or C++ were fine, but there was no way to test your code or anything.
