I applied online, then heard back from HR soon and set up a phone interview. The interviewer was a senior engineer at Epic. Firstly, she asked me to introduce my most recent project and then asked some related questions about it. Then, a technical question: if there are a lot of patients, and each patient will have some problems, how to store it. It was really easy to pass the phone interview. Don't worry about it.
