Process
Had a 3-hour long coding interview, mostly consisting of medium-level LeetCode recursive questions, along with a 15-minute behavioral interview. Did not receive an on-site interview. The interview process took roughly 3 weeks.

Smart and fun co-workers, inconsistent management, burnout
Software Developer • Current Employee

Pros: Competitive compensation (especially for new graduates).
Co-workers are consistently smart, hardworking, friendly, and fun.
Offices and facilities are very nice.
If you perform well, your job is safe. There is no danger of layoffs.
Cons: Upper management has made some very questionable decisions over the past ~2 years, and unnecessarily put employees at risk. The initial COVID response was dangerous and irresponsible, especially coming from a company in the healthcare space.
Workload continues to increase and increase, even as more people quit and hiring slows to replace them.

Good place to work overall
Software Developer • Former Employee
Madison, Wisconsin, United States

Pros: Good pay, good health insurance, and I got a lot of creative freedom over my projects. Most of the people there are very kind and smart. Working here will help you grow your professional skills quickly.
Cons: Management is very metric-driven, so you will get grilled if they think you are spending too long on a project, even when that is largely out of your control.
The work-life balance is not great (but for software devs, not too bad) – they will constantly push you to work more hours. It's easy to get burned out, as many others have mentioned.
Upper management seemed quite out of touch.

Lies, false promises, no hope

Pros: You can feel happy when you see the campus on the inside. Ornate buildings and supportive people contribute to this feeling.
Cons: I don't know where to start. There's a blame game going on where if you have a TL who doesn't like you, they will go all over the place blaming you for everything, regardless if it's really your fault.
After I put in honestly large hours getting my responsibilities to work, I don't feel the satisfaction and accomplishment I would expect myself to feel if upper management was actually realistic with their expectations.
