A two to three week process involving a phone call, then a four-hour test, and then a third interview. The assessments were highly difficult, abstract, and mostly irrelevant to any software dev role I have ever experienced. Someone was watching you the entire time, and you had to show your ID and take a picture of yourself. It was kind of insane.

I had a high ACT score for algebra and geometry, and still, this was crazy. Unbeknownst to me, I had to schedule the test within five days of receiving an email of my scheduled phone call.
