A two to three week process involving a phone call, then a four-hour test, and then a third interview. The assessments were highly difficult, abstract, and mostly irrelevant to any software dev role I have ever experienced. Someone was watching you the entire time, and you had to show your ID and take a picture of yourself. It was kind of insane.
