Pros: Good benefits. Really smart colleagues. Potential to work with new technologies, but this requires being on a specific team or seeking these opportunities independently.

Cons: Poor WLB. Bureaucratic and slow. Legacy systems can make it slow-moving. Legacy tech. Lack of transparency at times in promotions, raises, etc.

Pros: I have been here for less than 2 months. From what I hear, they cover more than 50% of the US population and are moving internationally fast. I might be jumping the gun, but here's my first impression. * You are surrounded by extremely smart people. I feel I am amongst the best crowd yet. * The company takes great care of employees and attends to their needs. * You actually do software development, not just blind programming. You get yourself involved in most aspects of software development, including design, review, QA meetings, client interactions, and client visits, etc., very early. * Great campus and food, and individual office space (maybe shared with another, but spacious enough). Cool office spaces with a well-stocked break room. I have a large table and chair and a beautiful office room for my creativity. * One of the coolest campuses you will ever see. * Moving outside the US and gaining some big clients internationally. * A well-planned training program (though necessary, I feel it's slightly intensive. But I am paid well, so I can't complain). * I feel the software actually helps people and affects them directly in a better way. So you end up doing something good for society. * I feel the developers are passionate about their job; otherwise, the software can't be doing this well. * Supports many noble social activities.

Cons: Not without any cons: * Uses VB, but they are migrating into .Net. Actually, almost half of my batch are not trained in VB, but in .Net, Apps, etc. * Training is intensive, I must say. * The s/w is primarily in VB, although transition to Web in .net is happening fast. * Expected to learn fast in training.

Pros: Good salary. Good perks. Intelligent people. Free food and beverages.

Cons: A team lead's thoughts about you can make or break your career here. * Cult mentality * Outdated technology to work with * No retention capacity
