The interview process was fairly straightforward and what you would expect for a job in this field.
The first portion of the process was a phone interview with one of the current developers. Not too many questions were all that knowledge-based; it was mainly a read-over of your resume.
From there, they talk about working at the company and the surrounding area a bit, along with what the company is about.
To end off, you talk about some experience that you have had in the past, things like projects. Work for this doesn't have to go too in-depth, but you need to show an understanding at least.
After the phone interview, you schedule a skills assessment to be taken online. The first section is a timed cognitive section with some multiple-choice questions.
The second section is "learning a new programming language," where you are given some parameters of the made-up language and then asked questions about it.
The final section consists of all the coding problems, where you solve the given question with the language of your choice.
The last step in the process is an in-person interview. I did not get to this step, but they tell you about it the whole time.
Talk about a project that you have worked on, at a high level.
