Pros: Flexible timing in most teams, a good campus, nice benefits and compensation. The place is full of geeks.
Cons: Not so good at listening to what we want to do. Working on C# is a lie for at least 5 more years. Developers are not well appreciated, and the company is just too customer-centric.
